Data Retention and Deletion Policy

The proposed retention framework for accounts, scan inputs, findings, reports, logs, integrations, backups, and website requests.

Draft — schedule verification requiredPrepared 2026-08-17 · Version 0.1

Retention principles

RelixQ aims to retain customer and personal data only for the service, security, contractual, and legal purposes for which it is needed. The final schedule must specify default and configurable periods by data class.

Data classes under review

The schedule must cover account and organization records, repository working copies, submitted findings, evidence snippets, generated reports, audit and security logs, integration delivery logs, support records, sales requests, backups, and legal holds.

Deletion

The final policy must define customer-initiated deletion, account closure, project deletion, backup expiry, provider deletion, exceptions for security or legal preservation, and evidence of completion. No fixed period is promised by this draft.
