Acceptable Use Policy

The proposed boundaries for lawful, authorized, and safe use of RelixQ.

Authorized use only

Customers may use RelixQ only for lawful purposes and only against data, code, systems, accounts, and infrastructure they own or are explicitly authorized to assess.

Prohibited conduct

Users must not use RelixQ to disrupt services, gain unauthorized access, evade safety controls, distribute malware, harvest credentials, violate privacy, infringe rights, probe third-party systems, or conceal malicious activity.

  • No denial-of-service or resource-exhaustion testing
  • No credential attacks, persistence, or destructive exploitation
  • No scanning outside approved scope
  • No attempt to bypass rate, blackout, or kill-switch controls
  • No unlawful export, sanctions, or restricted end use

Enforcement

RelixQ may investigate suspected abuse and suspend access necessary to protect customers, third parties, or the service. Notice, appeal, preservation, and termination procedures must be finalized in the Terms and Enterprise agreement.
